ikuTeam Is Now ISO 27001 Certified

We have good news to share: ikuTeam is now certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security management. The certificate was issued by DigiTrust on 28 September 2026 and is valid until September 2029.

For the thousands of teams that rely on our apps for Jira and Confluence every day, this is independent confirmation of something we have always worked toward: keeping your files and your data safe, with clear processes behind every app we build.

What the certification covers

Our certificate covers information security related to the development, maintenance, and support of ikuTeam's full suite of Atlassian Marketplace apps for Jira and Confluence. That includes ikuTeam Files, ikuTeam Office, our SharePoint and Google Drive connectors, and our Excel, PDF, Google Docs, and Google Sheets apps.

ISO 27001 looks at how we manage information security as a company: how we assess risk, control access, handle incidents, and keep improving. An accredited certification body reviewed those controls, and they will be checked again in regular surveillance audits.

What it means for your team

• Simpler security reviews. When your security or procurement team needs proof of a mature security program, our ISO 27001 certificate gives them a recognized, independent reference.
• The same architecture you already trust. ikuTeam apps are built on Atlassian Forge and are Cloud Fortified, and we never store your file content on our servers. The certification adds an audited management system around that architecture.
• Compliance that fits regulated teams. ISO 27001 sits alongside our GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA compliance.

How to request our certificate
