Keep your team on the same page by attaching important files to Confluence pages and Jira issues. Create a secure single source of truth that is always updated and without bloating your Atlassian instances.
No more guessing
Do you ever feel like you spend more time looking for files than actually doing your work? You’re not alone. Our Team Files app can help you save time. Up to 30% of your weekly work hours1, actually.
You can attach any files or entire folders from your preferred storage place (ex. SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) to your Confluence pages and Jira issues. This way, you and your team can access the relevant content in the right context.
The Team Files app shows an always updated live preview of the files attached to your pages and issues. Quickly view your Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documents without depending on long filenames or small thumbnails to understand what’s there.
When you attach a folder, you’ll see a list of all the files and subfolders. You can preview files and edit your documents and browse subfolders. It’s like having a file manager for each page or issue to give you what you need, when and where you need it.
Whenever you need to add a file to an attached folder, just drag & drop it there. The file is uploaded to your connected storage place (ex. SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.), so it doesn’t take up space from your Confluence or Jira.
Our advanced layout features empower you to adjust macro sizes, seamlessly switch between display modes, and much more, ensuring your content is not only visually engaging but also aligned with your unique presentation style.
Streamline your workflows, faster. Create and attach a folder to new issues automation. Whenever a Jira issue is created, Team Files creates a folder with the issue key and attaches it to the issue. Always in sync.
