Community Leader

Become the face of ikuTeam's apps worldwide! Are you the kind of person who lights up a room or a webinar when talking about solutions? Do you love being at the center of a software user community, sharing knowledge, and showing teams how to get more done? If so, this is your chance to turn that passion into a global role.

We are currently seeking a Community Leader to join our team. You will inspire customers, prospects, and partners around the world and show how our apps for Jira and Confluence can transform teamwork.

This role involves leading engaging product demonstrations, representing us at Atlassian Community events, and acting as a trusted advisor for organizations scaling Atlassian solutions. If you thrive at the intersection of technology, communication, customer success, and sales, and would love to champion ikuTeam's app best practices while being a visible leader in the Atlassian community, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling product demos, workshops, and proof of concepts to customers and prospects.

  • Address customer needs with our apps for Jira and Confluence.

  • Act as a visible leader in the Atlassian Community, both online and at live events.

  • Represent the company at Atlassian events, partner meetups, and international conferences.

  • Develop and present technical sessions, webinars, and thought leadership content.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams by sharing customer insights and market trends.

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and partners to drive solution adoption.

You Should Rock At

  • Expertise with Jira and Confluence.

  • Experience as an Atlassian Community Leader or Champion.

  • Technical sales experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Running discovery sessions and mapping business requirements to technical solutions.

  • Presenting confidently to user communities, technical teams, and large audiences.

  • Thriving in a highly customer-facing role with frequent global travel.

It Would Be Awesome If You

  • Have a strong understanding of the Atlassian Marketplace ecosystem.

  • Have a track record in SaaS or Marketplace ecosystems.
