You can insert Visio into Confluence by connecting your file source and embedding the diagram directly into a page. This keeps the Visio file visible and linked to its original source instead of uploading static images.
Yes. Visio diagrams can be previewed directly on Confluence pages so teams can view and review them without downloading the file.
Yes. The same workflow can be used in Jira issues, allowing teams to attach or link Visio files and work with them in context.
Yes. When connected from Microsoft 365, Visio files always remain in SharePoint or OneDrive as the system of record. They are not copied into Jira or Confluence.
