ikuTeam Files connects cloud storage, such as SharePoint, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, or Egnyte, to Jira. It automates cloud folder and file creation using Jira's native automation rules and lets your team preview, edit, and attach those cloud files directly from Jira issues.

Yes. Cloud folder and attachment automation works the same way in JSM projects as in Jira Software. Attaching cloud files and folders directly to the customer portal, so customers can see them too, is available in the Advanced edition.
